Welcome To Our Award

The Intentional Woman Award is founded to recognize women who are intentional about making a difference. The Visionary, Dr. Florence Fasan, having received several awards, understands the importance of recognition to inspire one to keep being intentional.

Our vision and mission are as follows:

1. Celebrating Intentionality: The IWA Gala is a unique opportunity to celebrate and honor women who have intentionally dedicated themselves to making a difference in various fields and communities.

2. Inspiration of future generations of intentional women.: We create role models for young women to look up to and aspire towards.

3. Community Empowerment: The event catalyzes community empowerment, fostering connections, collaborations, and a sense of unity among individuals and organizations dedicated to positive change.

4. We support our Nonprofit,: The Miss Elegance Georgia  Pageant which inspires and empowers teenage and young women to represent themselves best, via the Award Gala.
