1. Eligibility: The Intentional Woman Award is open to women aged 25 and above who meet the criteria of our nomination guidelines. 

2. Selection Process: Award recipients are chosen based on our Board's thorough review of their nomination materials.

3. Privacy: Award Recipients consents The Intentional Woman Award to collecting, using, and disclosing their personal information for this purpose.

4. Award Presentation: Award recipients will be required to participate in publicity activities, including but not limited to interviews, photo shoots, and media appearances, to promote the Intentional Woman Award and its mission.

5. Liability: The organizing committee and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Intentional Woman Award or the acceptance, possession, or use of any awards.

6. Modifications: The organizing committee reserves the right to modify or cancel the Award recipient participation for the Intentional Woman Award or any part thereof, including these disclaimers, at any time with or without prior notice.

7. Acceptance: Participation in the Intentional Woman Award constitutes acceptance of these disclaimers and all terms and conditions associated with the award.
